And each year after we would return to Yellowstone and the Cody area. We saw affordable land in other parts of Wyoming, however, our hearts were set on Park County. We planned another visit to the Cody area in October 2014. And we were determined that this year we are going to become Wyoming land owners. We contacted a few agents well in advance of our Wyoming arrival in hopes to have some properties scheduled to look at. It seems that our budget was not quite large enough for those agents to spend their time helping us. We decided to look for property on our own. One of the properties had a Canyon Real Estate Sign. We met Rita at the property on a Friday evening, we made an offer on Saturday, and closed on the property 4 weeks later. The process was very smooth.
