We just wanted to thank you for all you did in helping us purchase our home in Cody. Despite a few hiccups, the entire transaction went very smooth thanks in large part to your professionalism and consideration. As of today, we are pretty much settled and loving our new home! Lance Bower is all of those things! We live in Maryland and are looking forward to becoming Wyomingites. I started talking with Lance by phone. After much searching and many discussions over about three months, we narrowed our search to around 20 homes and flew to Cody for five days to look them over. Lance spent several days driving us around the Cody/Powell area. When we found our "dream home" he didn't stop there. He negotiated a fair price for the property and also gave us referrals for a lender and an inspection officer. Even after we went back to Maryland, Lance helped us through the inspection and settlement process via phone calls and emails.
