As you know I have been a customer of Canyon Real Estate for several years.  I had contact with Lance Bower previously, while he worked at the bank.  Through that experience I learned that Lance was a dedicated Banker and had a deep knowledge of the real estate business, impeccable integrity, a vast knowledge of the community and a commitment to hard work.  At the time I came to Canyon Real Estate in May of 2016,  I was the owner, through an LLC, of 9 lots in the Ram’s Horn Subdivision about half way between Cody and Powell.  I had been trying to sell lots in the subdivision since the 2009 crash with no success.  I asked Lance who had moved from the bank to Canyon Real Estate  to help me market those lots and he agreed to be my agent.  Over the next 3 years Lance managed the sale of the 9 lots with the highest professionalism providing excellent advice, great recruitment of prospective buyers, dedicated loyalty, highly effective communication with buyer agents and myself and meticulous attention to detail in preparing the contracts and documenting the transaction.  Yesterday we closed on the last of the 9 lots.  Lance sold them all. It is, of course, an occasion for excitement and celebration.
