The best way to describe Lance Bower in a few words is that he is a family man, an outdoorsman, and a civic minded individual.
Lance grew up in Worland, Wyoming, experiencing the disciplined life of both farming and ranching and, where he also met his wife, Lisa. He became an accomplished horseman, and in is his youth participated in numerous team roping events. Those youthful years and love for farm and ranch life inspired his desire to give back, becoming a founding member and current president of The Cody Buckle Club. The club is a 501(c)3 non-profit.
The Buckle Club's Mission:
"The Cody Buckle Club exists for the community to get involved in rodeo.
Through youth, educational and social events, The Buckle Club is a catalyst for the social, cultural, economic and community benefits of the sport of rodeo in Cody, WY and beyond.

Lance enjoys his time away from real estate with his wife, son and two daughters and, his extended family. One of their favorite things to do as family is to go to football games at the University of Wyoming where he and his wife, Lisa, attended college, as well as, all three of their children. “GO POKES”!
For Lance, there is no better time than quality time in the back-country where he is at home on horseback, hunting, camping, hiking and fishing with friends and family. He states, "I am grateful for access to miles and miles of National Forest and Bureau of Land Management public land".
His love for Wyoming can be found out of doors in the four distinct seasons with the constant reminder of the beauty of the mountains and mindful of the realities of life and how it changes, as does the seasons. Fishing is a time of solitude for him in the peace and quiet. He says, "Fishing reminds me that fish, like people, can be smarter than me. Nature is humbling."
Lance's seventeen years in the banking industry with many of those in commercial lending and as a branch manger is a perfect background of experience and knowledge to assist him in real estate transactions. He has been a number one realtor for 8 plus years in the area and his people skills are key in helping his clients to achieve their real estate goals.
Lance genuinely enjoys meeting people and discovering different cultures and personalities, discovering how similar we all are as a whole. It’s that love of people and community that pulled him to be a member of the Cody Middle School Student Investment Project helping to teach youth to become better informed about future finances and money management.
